Have you ever had one of those days where all you want to do is get home, grab a bite to eat and  jump in bed? Or maybe you just need a hug to make things all better. Well imagine that there are 100,000 men, women and children right here in Chicagoland that don’t have all of those options.  Human beings that don’t know where their next meal will come from, only a piece of cardboard as a bed and no shelter from the elements or dangers of the streets. Many homeless are treated like they don’t existence and they may go with no conversation, no human contact like a simple handshake for extended periods of time.  Many will be hungry for extended periods of time.  Many will never get a hug to make things feel all better.

THAT’S WHERE WE COME IN.

WE SPREAD LOVE IN 3 WAYS

1.) Physically – with food, drink, clothes, shoes, coats, blankets, toiletries, and more

2.) Mentally – we offer friendship with handshakes and hugs, support, referrals, assistance, guidance and some transportation

3.) Spiritually – we offer prayer, psychological and mentally uplifting words inspiring a light of hope in all

Founded in 2015, People Loving People, Inc. has grown rapidly and is now reaching nearly 100 people weekly as we head to the streets and feed those in need, mainly the homeless.  We are a benevolent organization that began to focus on the Southwest Side of Chicagoland where there is so much need and not nearly as much outreach.  We have reached areas like Archer Heights, Back of the Yards, Berwyn, Bridgeport, Bridgeview, Brighton Park, Burbank, Canaryville, Chinatown, Cicero, Clearing, Gage Park, Garfield, Little Village, Marquette Park, McKinley Park, Pilsen, West Lawn and other areas with goals of spreading all over Chicagoland and beyond.
